Rehearsal Schedule
Beginning August 25, 2025, music room, Stella Maris Academy
Grade 2:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 am to 8:15 am
Grades 3 and 4:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 7:30 am to 8:15 am
Grades 5 through 8:
Mondays through Fridays 7:30 am to 8:15 am
Grade 9 and 10:
Three days of your choice 7:30 am to 8:15 am
Attendance Policy
- Choir members must be a few minutes early for rehearsals and events, so that we can start on time.
- A pattern of tardiness will require a meeting with the parents and an assessment of the family’s commitment.
- If your child cannot attend rehearsal or an event for any reason or will be late, please phone Dr. Tietze at (415) 567-2020 ext 213, email him at orgelchris@yahoo.com, or contact him through ParentSquare.
- Any children who are absent without proper notification will be marked unexcused. Three unexcused absences will result in expulsion from the choir.
- All scheduled performances are mandatory, including those during school holidays. For all performances we need to receive prior notification for any absences and the reason for the absence; the only valid excuses are illness or serious family commitments (the same criteria as for school absences). Allowance is also made for participation in important sports games (play-off games, or when the absence of the student will cause the student’s team to forfeit a game).
